Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Gardens NW 170th Street Stormwater 9
Drainage Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1690, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $75,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Miami Gardens 16
NW 170th Street Stormwater Drainage Project as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1690. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
