Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami-Dade Safe Harbor Water Plant Facilities 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1049, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Division of Emergency Management to fund the Miami-Dade Safe 16
Harbor Water Plant Facilities as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1049. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
