Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Mangonia Park Septic to Sewer Conversion is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1737, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Mangonia 14
Park Septic to Sewer Conversion as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 1737. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
