Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Santa Fe College - Ralph W. Cellon Jr. 10
Institute: Engineering Technology, Welding and HVAC/R Program 11
Equipment is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 12
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 13
Appropriations Project Request 673, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $1,788,887 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 17
the Department of Education to fund the Santa Fe College - Ralph 18
W. Cellon Jr. Institute: Engineering Technology, Welding and 19
HVAC/R Program Equipment as described in Appropriations Project 20
Request 673. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
