Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. New Horizons After School and Weekend 9
Rehabilitative Program is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and i s 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 808, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Juvenile Justice to fund the New Horizons After 16
School and Weekend Rehabilitative Program as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 808. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
