Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Healthy Plate Healthy Living Project is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 746, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $168,972 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to fund the 14
Healthy Plate Healthy Liv ing Project as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 746. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
