Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Excelling Eagles After School Assistance 9
Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 748, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Excelling Eagles After 16
School Assistance Program as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 748. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
