Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Florida Recovery Schools is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 954, herein incorporated b y reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund the Florida Recovery 14
Schools as described in Appropriations Project Request 954. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
