Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Devereux - Services for Victims of Human 9
Trafficking/Sexually Exploited Youth is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 833, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $587,706 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Devereux - 16
Services for Victims of Human Trafficking/Sexually Exploited 17
Youth as described in Appropriations Project Request 833. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
