Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Daytona Beach Supervisory Control and Data 9
Acquisition (SCADA) Improvements is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Ho use of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 867, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Daytona 16
Beach Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) 17
Improvements as described in Appropriations Project Request 867. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
