Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Bethune-Cookman University Mary McLeod Bethune 9
Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1496, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $130,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Bethune-Cookman University 16
Mary McLeod Bethune Center as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1496. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
