Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Bethune-Cookman University Small Business 9
Support and Economic Development is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hou se of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1497, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Bethune-Cookman University 16
Small Business Support and Economic Development as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1497. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
