Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Hallandale Beach Drinking Water Interconnect 9
with the City of North Miami Beach is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rul es of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 1774, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the 16
Hallandale Beach Drinking Water Interconnect with the City of 17
North Miami Beach as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
1774. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
