Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Gadsden County Boys and Girls Club is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1508, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $3,618,705 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Gadsden 14
County Boys and Girls Club as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 1508. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
