Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Hendry County Port LaBelle Utilities Wastewater 9
Treatment Plant Expansion is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1278, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Hendry 16
County Port LaBelle Utilities Wastewater Treatment Plant 17
Expansion as described in Appropriations Project Request 1278. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
