Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. High Risk Foster Youth Shelter - Safe Children 9
Coalition is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is de scribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1254, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $524,552 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the High Risk Foster 16
Youth Shelter - Safe Children Coalition as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1254. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
