Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. North Port Rehabilitation of Water Control 9
Structure 113 is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is de scribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 358, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the North 16
Port Rehabilitation of Water Control Structure 113 as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 358. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
