Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Julia's Kids Incorporated Youth Grief Center is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 989, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $60,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 14
Department of Children and Families to fund the Julia's Kids 15
Incorporated Youth Grief Center as described in Appropriations 16
Project Request 989. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
