Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. DCS Mentoring Program, Inc is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 255, herein incorporate d by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $50,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund the DCS Mentoring Program, Inc 14
as described in Appropriations Project Re quest 255. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
