Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Memorial University – Legal Scholars 9
Pipeline Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1066, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $57,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Florida Memorial University 16
– Legal Scholars Pipeline Project as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1066. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
