Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Niceville Wastewater Treatment Plant 9
Abandonment and Removal is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and i s 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1564, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Prote ction to fund the Niceville 16
Wastewater Treatment Plant Abandonment and Removal as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1564. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
