Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. HSU Educational Foundation - Proposal for Non-9
public CTE Certification Pilot Program is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in Th e Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1517, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $258,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the HSU Educational Foundation - 16
Proposal for Non-public CTE Certification Pilot Program as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1517. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
