Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Fort Walton Beach - Stormwater Improvements on 9
Martisa Road NW is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1568, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $287,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Prote ction to fund the Fort Walton 16
Beach - Stormwater Improvements on Martisa Road NW as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1568. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
