Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Exterior Restoration of the Historic Sidney & 9
Berne Davis Art Center - Phase 1 is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Flori da House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1620, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of State to fund the Exterior Restoration of the 16
Historic Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center - Phase 1 as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1620. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
