Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Trucking Industry Recruitment and Public Safety 9
Campaign is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is de scribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1579, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $225,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Trucking Industry 16
Recruitment and Public Safety Campaign as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1579. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
