Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. West Florida Historic Preservation - Site 9
Preservation and Operations is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1038, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of State to fund the West Florida Historic 16
Preservation - Site Preservation and Operations as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1038. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
