Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Home Base Florida Veteran and Family Care is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1716, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Veterans' Affairs to fund the Home Base 14
Florida Veteran and Family Care as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 1716. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
