Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida International University - Nursing 9
Sexual Assault Exam Center is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1131, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Board of Governors to fund the Florida International University 16
- Nursing Sexual Assault Exam Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1131. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
