Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Certified Teens is an Appropriations Project as 8
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 9
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1181, herein 10
incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund the Certified Teens as described 14
in Appropriations Project Request 1181. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
