Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Bradford County Fire Rescue - Heilbronn Springs 9
Fire Station and Training Facility - Phase II is an 10
Appropriations Project as de fined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 1360, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $850,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Financial Services to fund the Bradford County 16
Fire Rescue - Heilbronn Springs Fire Station and Training 17
Facility - Phase II as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 1360. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
