Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Okeechobee County Livestock and Expo Building 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1237, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to fund the 16
Okeechobee County Livestock and Expo Building as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1237. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
