Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. West Putnam Fire Station is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1395, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Financial Services to fund the West Putnam 14
Fire Station as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
1395. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
