Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Palatka Sewer Main and Manhole Improvements is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1574, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,015,531 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Palatka 14
Sewer Main and Manhole Improvements as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 1574. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
