Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. 22nd Avenue and Selmon Expressway Intersection 9
Signalization - Tampa is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1414, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,691,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
22nd Avenue and Selmon Expressway Intersection Signalization - 17
Tampa as described in Appropriations Project Request 1414. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
