Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. FCDI - Entrepreneurship and Small Business 9
Support and Education is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 814, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Economic Opportun ity to fund the FCDI - 16
Entrepreneurship and Small Business Support and Education as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 814. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
