Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Port Manatee Mobile Harbor Crane Purchase is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1315, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $10,000,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust 13
Fund is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund 14
the Port Manatee Mobile Harbor Crane Purchase as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 1315. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
