Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. University of West Florida - Critical Roof 9
Replacements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1085, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,111,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Board of Governors to fund the University of West Florida - 16
Critical Roof Replacements as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1085. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
