Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Continuum of Care for Enhanced Offender 9
Rehabilitation is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1015, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,413,930 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Corrections to fund the Continuum of Care for 16
Enhanced Offender Rehabilitation as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1015. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
