Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Polk State College - Expansion of Critical 9
Health Sciences Programs is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representa tives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1592, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Educatio n to fund the Polk State College - 16
Expansion of Critical Health Sciences Programs as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1592. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
