Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Polk State College - Remodel/Renovate Building 9
3 is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1603, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $16,689,627 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Polk State College - 16
Remodel/Renovate Building 3 as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1603. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
