Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Feeding South Florida Agricultural Workforce 9
Training Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1599, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $4,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Agriculture and Co nsumer Services to fund the 16
Feeding South Florida Agricultural Workforce Training Program as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1599. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
