Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Brooksville Tampa Bay Regional Airport - Runway 9
Rehabilitation is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1221, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Brooksville Tampa Bay Regional Airport - Runway Rehabilitation 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1221. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
