Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Alliance for Healthy Communities - 9
Opioid Addiction Training and Education Program is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 1798, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $975,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Florida Alliance 16
for Healthy Communities - Opioid Addiction Training and 17
Education Program as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
1798. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
