Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Pasco-Hernando State College - Corporate 10
College at the Hernando County Citizens Center for Success is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 991, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $12,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 16
the Department of Education to fund the Pasco-Hernando State 17
College - Corporate College at the Hernando County Citizens 18
Center for Success as described in Appropriations Project 19
Request 991. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
