Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Section 569.0025, Florida Statutes, is 10
repealed. 11
Section 2. Section 569.315, Florida Statutes, is repealed. 12
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 13
