Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Dre's Haven - Envision at Dre's Haven 9
Transition to Independent Living is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 912, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $350,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Dre's Haven - 16
Envision at Dre's Haven Transition to Independent Living as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 912. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
