Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Riviera Beach Rehabilitation of Existing Wells 9
and Construction of New Wells is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1701, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Riviera Beach 16
Rehabilitation of Existing Wells and Construction of New Wells 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1701. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
