Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Project Silver - Housing for Seniors and Others 9
Experiencing Homelessness is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1141, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Project 16
Silver - Housing for Seniors and Others Experiencing 17
Homelessness as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
1141. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
