Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Bay County Watson Bayou Dredging Entrance 9
Channel and Turning Basin - Phase 2 is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 506, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,150,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Bay County Watson Bayou Dredging Entrance Channel and Turning 17
Basin - Phase 2 as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
506. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
