Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Panama City Watson Bayou Turning Basin Bulkhead 9
- Phase 2 is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 507, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $4,750,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Panama City Watson Bayou Turning Basin Bulkhead - Phase 2 as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 507. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
